By accessing or using this XLSX-to-TXF converter ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Free to use

The Service is provided free of charge to anyone with access to the internet. No account, subscription, or payment is required.

3. Your data

You retain full ownership of the files you upload. We do not claim any rights over your data. Uploaded files are processed in-memory and are not stored or shared with third parties.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

The converted TXF output is generated automatically from your spreadsheet data. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the output before importing it into any tax software. SafeLab is not liable for errors in conversion, misclassified transactions, or any financial consequences arising from use of the Service.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafeLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service to process files that contain malicious content.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses Google AdSense for advertising. Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, not these Terms.

9. Modifications and discontinuation

SafeLab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SafeLab operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
